Announcements Events

The Diocese of Lansing will be participating in a “Rosary Congress” October 6-13, during which parishes will offer adoration and prayer vigils through the night. Our parish will be praying through the night of October 12th after the end of the Encounter through Sunday morning prior to the 9:00 a.m. Mass.

October 13th is the 102nd anniversary of the last apparition at Fatima. In her various apparitions, Our Lady told the children (Lucia and Sts. Jacinta and Francisco), "sacrifice yourselves for sinners and say often whenever you make a sacrifice: 'O Jesus, it is for love of You, for the conversion of sinners, and in reparation for the offenses committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary.'" (Our Lady, July 13, 1917).  "Pray much and make sacrifices for sinners, for many souls go to hell because there is no one to make sacrifices for them" (Our Lady, August 19, 1917).

At the beginning of each hour, one of the “prayer warriors” who has committed to pray during each given hour will lead the Rosary and Divine Mercy Chaplet. If you are able to join us in the church, please do so. The door on the northeast entrance will be open through the night. We have a sign-up sheet on our website that you can use to commit to an hour of prayer in the church. Should you not be able to pray during the night on the 12th and 13th, feel free to visit the adoration chapel at IHM throughout the week of October 6-13. For more information about the “Rosary Congress,” visit http://www.rosarycongressusa.org.

Please join our "Overnight Rosary" team. Teams throughout the diocese of Lansing will be praying the Rosary and Divine Mercy Chaplet every hour, beginning at 10 p.m. on October 12 until 8 am on October 13.

Resurrection needs at least 2 "prayer warriors" to come to the church during your selected shift.  Sign up here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/8050944a4ae2aa2fd0-overnight.

We will begin shifts right after our bi-monthly Healing Encounter Evening, which will end around 9:15 p.m.
