JPII Healing Center Leads a Women's Retreat, April 16-18
There are a handful of opportunities for everyone at the parish to grow closer to our Lord in prayer & worship. Some of our popular retreats opportunities are described below. Check the calendar below for upcoming retreat opportunities.
Healing the Whole Person Retreat*
The Healing the Whole Person retreat is often offered at the Church of the Resurrection through the John Paul II Healing Center. Experience Jesus in His mission of healing. Physical, spiritual and emotional healing, central to the Church’s life and 2,000 year tradition, come to life in this retreat. The uniquely engaging format will help you see and experience God’s healing love through teaching, prayer, personal reflection, adoration and the Sacraments. Teaching Sessions include topics on the following: Introduction to Healing the Whole Person, Facing our Brokenness, Encountering the Father’s Love, and Living in Freedom.
Living in Love Retreat*
Living in Love is an exciting day-and-a-half, parish-based marriage retreat workshop designed to energize the romance and renew the joy of being in love through a practical application of John Paul II’s Theology of the Body. Living in Love provides an extraordinary opportunity for married couples to reconnect with their own love history while gaining a joyful sense of hope, purpose and direction for the future. For more information, visit the Living In Love website or contact Craig and Jenn Galer at (517) 648-3664 or firstname.lastname@example.org, or Richard and Stephanie Imgrund at (517) 485-1920 or email@example.com.
The Retrouvaille program offers tools needed to rediscover a loving marriage relationship. Thousands of couples headed for cold, unloving relationships or divorce have successfully overcome their marriage problems by attending this program. The Retrouvaille Program consists of a weekend experience, combined with a series of 6-12 post-weekend sessions over a course of 3 months. This process provides couples with the tools to help put their marriage in order again. For more information on this ministry, visit: http://www.retrouvaille.org. If you have questions, please contact Allan & Teresa Wilcox at (517) 394-2678 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
